TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I would like to thank Susan Warner for all her assistance in helping my father, James T., obtain Aid and Assistance benefits from the Veterans Administration. My father received notification this week that he has been approved for the monthly benefit of $1,644.00.
Susan began the application process in April of this year and provided assistance throughout the process. The VA is a huge bureaucratic institution that almost seems impossible to navigate. But with Susan’s assistance, the process went very smooth from beginning to finish.
Obtaining this benefit has changed the outlook for my father’s future. He will now be financially able to remain at his place of residence, which has allowed him to keep his independence while assuring me of his safety and well-being.
A am very grateful to Susan for helping my father qualify for these benefits; this would not have been achieved without her. If you have any questions or need additional information, I may be reached at (859) 608-xxxx. (Contact Susan Warner to obtain phone number).
Sincerely,
Jon T.

Susan, I want to take a moment to thank your for your help in obtaining the aid and attendance benefit. This has been an ongoing process for me since last summer with another VSP and VA Service Officer in Lexington. But once I met you and you reviewed the paperwork that they had sent in on my behalf, you explained that it was not complete and did not contain all necessary documentation needed by the VA. It is because of your efforts that I have finally been approved for the Aid and Attendance Benefit. I am so appreciative and this extra money will come in very handy.
Thank you!

Susan, I want to thank you so much for your help with the Aid and Attendance Benefit and the process that goes along with it. I can’t express enough how helpful it was that you involved my son and daughter-in-law and coordinated your schedule with Bob, Jr. so that he could come in from New York and complete the paperwork in just a day. That would have been impossible without your assistance.
As I told you the very first time we spoke, I have been very attentive to my assets over the years and once I explained my circumstances to you, you were so gracious to explain the exact process we would be going through before you ever even met me. Your explanation was extremely beneficial and I appreciate that you took the time to do that; not only for me but for Bob Jr. and Isabell too.
I’ve recommended your services to several of my fellow Veterans and friends. I’m hopeful you will be able to assist them as you have me.
Thank you again,
Bob D.

It became apparent this past spring that my 94 year-old mother could not continue to live in her home alone because of dementia, limited mobility, and upkeep of a large home. As a possible solution, I considered assisted living for my mother at the Atria Stonybrook. When discussing the cost involved for my mother to stay there, one of the directors, Connie Carter, asked if my father had been a veteran. She informed me that there were benefits available for veterans and their spouses, who met certain qualifications. The website she gave me: RespectTheVet.org referred me to Susan Warner with U.S. Benefits Analysts. She gave me the necessary information to determine if my father’s military service met the requirements for his military benefits.
With Susan’s help, I was able to complete and send the application to the V.A. prior to June 1, 2011. Susan lead me through the steps needed and saw me through to completing and sending the application to the Veterans Administration. Without Susan Warner, I would have been completely overwhelmed with the necessary steps needed for the specific benefits.

Dear Susan Warner,
On behalf of the Management Team of Hartland Hills Retirement community, I would like to express our gratitude for the outstanding effort and results you have provided for our Residents. Often times things are taken for granted and thank-you is not said.
Many of our residents would not be able to enjoy the outstanding life style we offer had it not been for your efforts in obtaining A & A Veterans Benefits for them.
There are numerous examples I could cite, bet several of the Residents would never have received the benefit had it not been for you correcting the errors of other “VSP”.
We just wanted to let you know that your dedication does not go unnoticed or unappreciated. Also, your record of not having any denials enhances our working relationship when talking with potential Residents.
Should anyone have any questions or concerns, please feel free to refer them to us.
Sincerely,
Ron Courtney

Dear Susan,
My Parents and I both want to thank you for your hard work and dedication in helping us complete and submit the VA benefits forms by April 1, 2011.
The process and forms required by the VA benefits admin are very complicated. You helped us step by step to understand what was required and how to fill in the forms.
Thanks again for your support and help.

Dear Mike,
Thank you for helping us qualify our mother for a financial award under the Veterans Administration Aid & Attendance Program.
It was our lucky day when we attended your presentation at Bon Air Crossing and found out about your services. Being able to tap into your extensive knowledge of, and experiencewith, the Aid & Attendance Program proved invaluable to us as we made our way through the application process. We Accomplished this more quickly than would otherwise have been the case and without running up against bureaucratic red tape.
Again, many thanks for your help.

Dear Susan,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so very much for working with me and my mother to get her the Aid and Attendance Benefit. When you and I first met three months ago, I told you that I was very skeptical because I believed that mom’s assets and income were way too high for her to qualify for the benefit. You took the time to explain the process and said that if I would allow you to review her financial documents, you would be able to determine exactly what we might be able to do. You assured me that the choice to move forward would always be ours. Because of mom’s financial position, I wasn’t sure I wanted to release those documents but I did and just as you promised, you reviewed them and worked with us through the entire process.
We had originally thought the process could take up to six months. We were extremely pleased to receive our acceptance letter today – just six weeks after we sent in our paperwork. We just want you to know how very much we appreciate you.
I also understand that you were able to help my son’s father-in-law and mother-in-law who we referred to you. Again, thank you for all your help.
Sincerely,
Eck B.

Tom and Al,
I can’t thank you enough for introducing my parents to this Veterans Benefits program. I have to admit that when they first told me you had been to Sutton Grove to tell the folks there about this I was sure it was not for real – it seemed to good to be true. Even after I talked to you I did lots of checking to make sure this wasn’t a scam.. Am I glad we trusted you. It is so unusual these days to find people like you who really just want to help others.
I appreciate the way you steered us and helped us each step of the way. You took what seemed like an impossible process and made it very manageable for us. The monthly benefit my parents are now getting will help so much day to day and the reimbursement of the medical expenses really takes a lot of worry off their shoulders.
Thanks again so much,
Vicki A.

Dear Mike,
Needless to say, Wednesday was a happy day when my mother received her acceptance letter for pension benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Even though it took quite awhile for all to come about, it iscomforting to know, she now will receive extra money for her care.
I personally want to thank you for your diligence and hard work in making this happen for my mother. All your advice, follow through and “cheerleading” was greatly appreciated. This would have never happened had you not guided me through the process step by step. I have an Aunt who may one day have to apply for this benefit and you will be my first point of contact.
Please feel free to use this letter as a recommendation for other individuals who are considering obtaining this benefit for themselves or a family member. They are also more than welcome to contact me.
Mike, again, thank you so much for all you assistance.
Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Carlson,
My family and I want to wish you a very happy Thanksgiving and to let you know that this is an especially joyous one for us. We are most thankful that you came into our lives.
We had no knowledge of the Veterans Improved Pension Benefits program for widows/widowers of wartime veterans. Because of your sincere commitment to help those in need, your vast knowledge and all the time you contributed on my mother’s behalf she is now receiving a monthly benefit of $1,018.00.
Because of your kindness, guidance through the application process and hard work my 91 year old mother now has the care and assistance which she has so much needed and a quality of life which she would not have had without your help.
Thank you and we hope you and your family have a happy Thanksgiving.

My Father has recently required skilled nursing care and is living in a nursing facility. My sister and I had been very worried about how we were going to finance his medical care since his assets were not enough to cover the costs required. I was introduced to Scott Ferguson from Government Benefits Analysts, Inc, and we had several conversations regarding his services and what my Father may be entitled to as a World War II veteran. Scott walked me through the process of applying for the VA pension that would give my Father money towards unreimbursed medical expenses. After a few months of waiting my Dad was approved and is now receiving a government pension because of his military service.
Without the direction from Scott, and his knowledge of these benefits, my sister and I would still be scratching our heads and worrying. Getting this additional money each month has allowed us to cover our Fathers medical expenses, as well as lowered the stress level for all of us during this very emotional process. I would highly recommend the services of Government Benefits Analysts, Inc to anybody in need of information on available Government benefits. I was absolutely thrilled to see how easy it was once I had the information. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that there was no fee for this information or Scott’s time.
Thanks again Scott, for everything. If you need anything further just let me know. Have a great weekend! Take care.

Dear Ron and Al,
I want to say “thank you for your help and assistance in my mom’s application for her VA Aid and Attendance benefit.
I’m not going to say it was easy in getting all the material together for her application, but the outcome was worth it. She and I are very grateful for your guidance in making sure her application was a success.
I was very surprised when no fee was asked for doing this, but as your brochure states, “to assist…at no charge” and that is exactly what you did!
If anyone has any doubts about this benefit, my response is “Go for it!” There is no guarantee the application will be accepted, but “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” Mom ventured and she gained! Thanks again.

I was really surprised when I received the letter for my Government Benefits so fast. I can’t thank you enough with your help and speed on the paperwork. Everyone I turned to couldn’t help except you. I was at the end of my rope. I can’t think of what would have happened if it wasn’t for you.
Being a Vietnam Era (veteran) and served in the Iraq War made me have questions but the little word OR disabled made me try anyway. You are a lifesaver. There’s not enough words to express what a difference you made in my life. A lot of wartime disabled Veterans in the future will also need your help.
You make me proud to serve for people like you who care for disabled veterans like me. I also need more of your cards to give to disabled Veterans & Widows who need people like you.
I have a long time history for my family serving in wars and with they knew of people like you, they could have used your help.
I just pray you can help many more disabled veterans and widows like me. I’m spreading the word about you to one that need you like I did. May the lord bless you and keep you in his loving hands.

August 1, 2008To Tom and Al,
Many senior folks think aging is a curse with all the aches and pains. Despite that aspect, getting older has its compensations; Some of which are the choices we make while younger that effect us today.
My Late husband Norman chose to go into the military (Air Force) for 4 yrs. It not only helped our country, but, ultimately me at the present time, when I can no loner meet the medical and other bills facing old age.
I want to commend you tow for having recently crossed my path in life thru the Veteran’s Administrations aid.
Tom and Al, you have not only met at my home several x’s to arrange everything necessary, thru the help of V.A. & to help with my financial needs; but, you were personable and showed a genuine interest in helping older people too!
I thank the Lord for sending you into my life. Also my late husband for which this all could not have transpired had he not been a loyal citizen serving his country.
Thanks to you too, Tom and Al for your faithful service to the V.A. and to veteran’s widows.
May God continue to bless you two in your service to others.

This approval was in large measure due to the careful and thorough support you gave to the application and the additional requests that were asked for by the V. A.
